We accept returns under the following conditions:

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable Items:

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
Customized or made-to-order products
Digital products or downloads
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly exchange it:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the item and packaging.
Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or ask you to return the item via courier. Upon inspection, we’ll dispatch the correct item without any additional charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via your original method of payment.
In case of a cash-on-delivery order, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
If you are eligible for a free return (e.g., incorrect item), we’ll provide a return shipping label.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
Dealon is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
